1. Overview

We specialize in the production and B2B sales of barrier gate products, committed to providing efficient and reliable shipping and after-sales service worldwide. Before placing an order, please confirm production lead time, shipping options, and after-sales policy with our sales team. If you encounter any after-sales issues after receiving the goods, please contact us promptly.


2. Shipping Policy

2.1 Production & Delivery Time

  • Orders within 10 units: shipped within 7 days
  • Orders within 50 units: shipped within 20 days
  • Orders within 100 units: shipped within 30 days

2.2 Shipping Methods

We mainly ship through our long-term freight forwarders, primarily by sea for cost-effectiveness. Land or air shipping is available upon special request.

2.3 Packaging Policy

  • Full container orders: Wooden crate packaging is not required.
  • LCL (Less than Container Load) shipments: Wooden crate packaging is recommended and will incur additional charges.
  • If LCL shipment is requested without wooden crate packaging, the company is not responsible for any damage during transit.

3. After-Sales Service Policy

3.1 Warranty Policy

  • Warranty periods for different parts range from 1 to 3 years, subject to the specific product documentation.
  • If a quality issue occurs within the warranty period, we will replace the relevant parts free of charge.

3.2 After-Sales Procedure

  • If products are damaged during transit, please contact the logistics company for a claim immediately.
  • For product issues during use, please take photos and videos of the problem and contact our technical support or sales representative.
  • Standard after-sales service: Replacement parts will be sent to the customer first. Faulty parts can be returned in batches once accumulated.
  • For issues that cannot be resolved remotely, we will send repair parts to the customer. The customer is responsible for the shipping costs.
